Bucket seat brace removal?

My 71 C30 originally came with bucket seats because it had a pass through in its former life as a motor home. Pass through is now patched.

I have a set of stock buckets I may use someday so I thought I should pull the bucket seat brace out of the C30. Is this something I can do with the cab still on the truck?

Unlike the rest of my projects I would really like to keep the C30 running and driving pretty much all the time. No body off stuff.

Re: Bucket seat brace removal?

Well it looks like I probably covered this already. For some reason when the link opens on my phone though it won’t let me access the pics. I’ll check on my laptop tomorrow so I can see the answer to a question I apparently already covered ... doh!

I did a search on the same subject on Wednesday and that thread happened to pop up. I have one to remove from the parts truck I just purchased, but it will be off of the frame when I go to do it.
