1971 Chevy C30 cab and chassis Mitchell motorhome

I just picked up this 1971 Chevy c30 mitchell motorhome and i do not have interest in keeping it. It was offered to me because the previous owner was very ill and needed it gone. I have started cleaning it up because it has sat in storage for years. This camper was bought new in Colorado and has stayed here its entire life. Im looking for honest opinions of what it would be worth.

1971 Chevy c30 Mitchell camper - 4 speed - original 396 big block
Has excellent oil pressure, does not overheat, runs and drives good
Sheet metal is a 9 out of 10. The only rust is in the outer rockers. I have pulled the flooring and there is no rust.
Dealer installed ac - everything is there and i bet it would blow cold if recharged
Has tilt column and it is tight.
steering wheel has 2-3 small cracks but in great shape.

As for the camper - it needs some serious repair. The roof vents leaked and the roof probably needs replaced. All of the appliances work except the fridge. Although the roof needs to be repaired, the exterior is in pretty good shape. All the windows are there and functional.

$3500- up. Mainly say that because most wont use camper and won’t have the skills to repair the cab. I have pretty much the same truck w/o a/c (big block 4spd w/tilt and originally a camper) is still one of best trucks I’ve ever had. Had very few problems with it other than people loving to turn in front of me.
