Wiring help please
I have a t5 trans in my 66.the reverse light switch On trans.has a connector with blue and green wires .installing american autowire update kit that has one lt green wire for reverse lights.not sure what to do here? Sorry in advance if this should be posted in another section.thanks for any help.dan

I think it is a simple UN-powered momentary switch, that is normally open except when in reverse. You just wire into/thru this switch to complete the reverse light circuit.
What does the AAW kit say the reverse light wires hook to?

Thx rocknrod,the aaw instruction sheet just shows the lt green wire going to back-up lights.
I was thinkin just wire it in like you said but i was unsure. |
