Thanks...They have one more seat to finish and then maybe a week or so "tidying things up" throughout. Then it should be ready for a good cleaning and the road! (Plus, more PICS!)

I'll keep y'all up to speed on it.

Thanks again...

I just finally got the last three pics I have at this point added to the site. I'll add more when I get it back from the interior shop.

Ram Jet

I can't really comment on it yet. I haven't gotten to get it out on the road. I think I'll be pleased with it though. Everything I've heard about S & P is great. I'll keep y'all posted on it. Thanks!

I went with Vintage Air out of San Antonio. Rusk is in East Texas between Tyler & Lufkin.

Thanks for the compliment!

Were those pics taken at Tommys on the Loop in Rusk? If so, I've seen that truck. Very good looking ride!

Welcome from Wisconsin. Sweet truck!!

Could you tell me what size tires you have. Looks similar to something I'm thinking of going with.

Thanks,
Tom

Yes, that's at Tommy's. He's finishing up what we started...lol When we began the project, we could work on it more often. But now that it's drawing to a close, I'm ready to have it done, so I took it to him. As of right now, it's in Nacogdoches at the interior shop. John Crofton is working on it. Hopefully, another 2 - 3 weeks, and it'll be cruisin'! I'm SO READY!

I don't know the size of tires right off (I can get those for you soon), but the wheels are 17x8 in the front and 17x11 in the rear. I'll look around tonight and see if I can find anything on the tire size. I know their Nitto 450's.

That would be great! But can any of us men figure out how to organize that? Sounds like something a woman would do better at...lol

I could use your motor and tranny, might as well throw in the new interior for me too. Can't think of anything else I would Need. LOL
Just Kidding dude, that ride looks Great. Hope mine turns out just as well. I got a lot of issues I gotta handle first though.
By the way how long did it take to build and did you do the work yourself?

Your truck is awesome. Hopefully mine will look as good one day. I'm interested in the ram jet efi, too. Keep us posted on how well it works.

Me and a friend of mine started seriously working on it in March of 2002. We spent a LOT of weekends working on it. There were times when we got a LOT done, and times when it didn't go so fast. When we both got busy with work, that's when I decided to take it to someone that could finish it. I think we did probably 75% of the work ourselves...
