small block and th350 combo

I recently purchased a 1999 silverado that i want to pull the engine and trans combo and put it in my 1970 c10. my current engine, is a 5.0 litre with a th350 combo runs great. i use it every week. the engine does smoke upon initial startup but that is it. (valve seals hardened) I have approx 80k miles on this engine, as it is not the original. what would this combo be worth? Once i pull it out i will put it up for sale. Here are a couple of pics.

305 that smokes with TH350 usually $300ish
Yours looks very clean, perhaps $400.

Not meant to insult, Just not a lot of value in that combo.
This is only my opinion and based on what I would ask if I were trying to sell that package.
I recently sold a standard bore, 4 bolt main 350 long block for $250, it was ready for a rebuild and I thought I did good.

You could sell separately, the distributor, carb, intake, accessories, Exhaust manifolds, and those sweet wire holders.
...or you could horde that stuff (I would)

Your local market may be different.
