Altman Latches
Getting back to work on my 57 and was wanting to add altman latches. Can the short panel be used with the stock door panels?
Any advice or pictures of your install are appreciated. LDO.

Re: Altman Latches
I think I have the short panels. I had to cut and welded them into the stock panels. I didn’t know when I bought them that they offered large panels. Does this help?

Re: Altman Latches
Buy the replacement oem latches from any vendor. They work well, they fit without any work and surprise surprise, they lock! Altman latches do not lock.
Worn out stock latches are notorious for unlatching at the worst possible times. New stock latches can't be beat, our trucks had great 2 stage latches
