New Carpet

Looking for good quality and good fit carpet. I have been looking at Classic Parts but don't know anything about their carpet. Has anyone got carpet from them and can give experiences?

Re: New Carpet

Most of the vendors get their carpet from ACC. Years ago, when I got my new carpet, I ordered it thru Brothers. It was shipped from Trim Parts here in Ohio, but it was ACC carpet.
Fit was good, with very little trimming.

Re: New Carpet

All carpets are ACC. I found OC Auto Carpet online.

Good price and great service. Even got free samples to compare with interior pieces since I was going to matching existing interior pieces and painted pieces, and custom upholstered pieces.

It's pre-molded so it was super easy to install even though I had NEVER done any upholstery work before.

Re: New Carpet

I'm a fan of ACC carpet. There will be 2 styles available, "Cut Pile" and "Loop Pile". I used Loop Pile in my stepside and loved it. Loop pile is the style found in most cars and trucks up to the early 70's. If you're unsure I'd ask for samples, you'll be looking at it for a very long time, make sure you like it.
