Paint color visualizer
Here’s how I’ve looked for paint colors. PPG has a wall paint visualizer that you can download a picture of your home onto then pick the colors you like and apply them to the picture. Instead of taking a picture I did an internet search by googling drawings of 1953 Chevrolet truck. I selected images and did a screen shot of the drawing I thought would work and saved it to my photos. I then went to the visualizer page picked the colors I liked and applied them. Look up PPG visualizer
I’m hoping I can go to Lowe’s or Home Depot ( I forgot which one has PPG paint) pick up the color sample and take it to the auto paint store so that I have something to match to. Does that make sense? Here are the samples I’ve done.

Re: Paint color visualizer
This gal does think outside of the box. I'd say that is a great idea provided that there is a wall paint the color you want to do the truck in and it appears that there is.

Re: Paint color visualizer
Yep. Do it. Then when you get close, go to the local auto paint store and they have a machine that scans what you bring in and matches it, giving them the color code they need to mix the paint.

Re: Paint color visualizer
You have to have a far steadier hand on the mouse to do it than I have. I found a link and played with it a bit last night and my skills at such things seem to be minimal.
