These are the caps that were on my 68 CST 3/4 ton 50th anniversary truck. I have no pics of a GMC cap.

There were 3 possible hub caps for 68. The chrome dog dish that bow-tie-bandit posted or the standard painted ones that I show here or the full 67-68 wheel covers. I'll try to find a picture of them and post it.
BTW, The 67 standard hub caps are painted white with orange-red bowtie and other markings. They are not the same as many folks seem to think.

67-68 full wheel covers. May be either dealer installed or factory installed.

Shoot. I see we are talking GMC here! I think they are similar only with GMC rather that bowtie markings.

Thanks for the pics !! YEah, I'm looking for GMC hubcaps. I will have to get ahold of some of my parents old photos of the truck, which are on slide film, I am sure that there must be some pics with the hubs on. I seem to recal that they had GMC on them. I don't think that they were chrome and they were not the full wheel covers. THanks again,
TOny

Tom68cst, do you have these caps in the picture? I've been looking for a clean set of chevy dog dishes.... are those NOS packaging they're sitting on?

Scoti, No they were never mine. I lifted the picture off a long-gone Ebay auction.

Well, I don't have a full set of either. I think I have 2 chrome ones and two painted ones. Very hard to find. I was told the painted ones were NOS. They have some shelf wear, but are otherwise very nice.
