Non tilt column to Tilt Column?

So I bought a Tilt Column with Cruise to put into my Non Tilt non cruise Truck. It came out of a 1977 Camper Special. So I thought great! I will just swap it. I did my Chevelle a few years back they ought to be similar(wrong).

But I knew not to just swap it in as I might have a column that is completely shot so I had Steering Columns Galore (SCG)go through it and make sure it was buttoned up and was working correctly. I only wanted a OEM type column so Ididit was out.

Started the swap today, only to find the Tilt column electrical ignition switch is completely different than my non tilt column. It does appear SCG put a new ignition electrical switch on top of the Tilt Column, but nothing matches? I tried calling SCG but their tech guy was out.

Anybody else done this swap?

Help?
