In-bed Spare Tire Carrier

Has anyone seen a spare tire carrier like in my 1964 K10 Fleetside truck?

That looks custom to me. There is a factory one that bolts to the top rail and into the bottom flange

There's a custom hitch that probably interfered with the under bed carrier. Thanks guys.
