Who's running a Champion 19" core radiator?

I'm restoring my dad's '75 C10/C15, with a 350, auto, a/c, for him. I previously bought a Champion 19"x28" three-core alum. radiator.

Lo and behold, the fan shroud and the radiator support panel are for a '79-80 model. The fan shroud is two-piece, #14016544 and #14016543. These parts can "work," but I'd have to fill in about 1" gap between the top of the radiator and the support panel insulators. Looking for a better solution.

Is anybody running the 19" tall Champion and what support panel and fan shroud are you using? I think a bunch of people are using this same radiator.

Re: Who's running a Champion 19" core radiator?

I'm running a 19" tall 4-row in my 84. There is some trimming on upper brackets for clearance here and there, but nothing major. I'm also running a two-piece shroud, but unsure of numbers at this time. I do know, however, that the bottom one is too close for (my) comfort as far as fan clearance goes.
Overall, the radiator fits like a glove, unlike the shroud. 'Course, that doesn't help you much with your 75...
