Clutch Pedal Swap

I need to swap out my clutch pedal because of stripped splines. I purchased a nice clutch & brake pedal assembly.

My question is
1) do I just swap out the pedal and install new bushings I saw available at LMC ?
-or-
2) do I swap out the complete clutch & brake pedal assembly ?

Just swapping out the pedal sounds easier that removing the steering column, and all, to swap out the pedal assembly

Thanks
Jerry
