air conditioning brand
Hello, new to this board, sorry if I at first repeat a post, have looked around, have found nothing on this. Am going to replace old factory A/C with a Vintage Air or Old Air in dash unit. It would be nice to get rid of evaporator under the hood for cleaner look. These new units are suppose to be a lot more efficient and also use R-134. QUESTION: Besides two listed above, does anybody have any experience with other a/c companies out there. VA an OA have units that are supposed to be direct fit. Any advice on this or the install in general would be great. SNOW STAY AWAY!

Can't help with other units, but there is a good rundown on the old air unit in the FAQ section, and I tried to give info about Vintage air unit in there as well, as sort of a comparison. I'll be happy to answer any Questions about the V.A install.
