got lucky
Put in my new ignition switch and new bezel...Got lucky and had it on in about 15 minutes.Had heard some horror stories about installation...Thanks to Frank from Frank's Pick-m-Ups for his installation instructions and to Rick's Pick Up Parts for the excellent service that I had after buying some small parts from him...New brakes all around also this week on the LONGHORN so it's coming along maybe some paint this summer.....Thanks again to all the board members who have provided parts or information in my quest to restore my Longhorn............What's next

Get lucky - When I use 'get lucky' I don't use it about my truck. Guess we all 'get lucky' in different ways.

The door locks are pretty easy to do, just don't lose the little clips on the rods.

Hey Castiron9 in your "spare" time take a toothpick and a little silver paint and touch up your Acc.,Off, On, Start. Comes off easy-just reach up behind and squeese and push on each tab.
