'64 Suburban rear seats
Hi Folks,
New here, looking for either or both rear seats for my 1964 C-10 Burb. I've got good news and bad news. Bad news, I was recently in a fairly severe car crash (wasn't hurt thankfully). Good news, my POS '98 Ford Windstar was replaced with a 1999 4WD Burb! Thanks, Mike "Tools" Danford Chickamauga, GA 1965 C-10 SWB stepside, 250cid, 3 speed column shift 1964 C-10 burb, barndoors, small block V-8, 4 speed 1999 1500 4WD burb, barndoors |

C1406 IF YOU HAVE A SUBURBAN WITH REAR BARN DOORS OR C1416 IF YOU HAVE A BURB WITH A LIFT GATE..............I HAVE A 65 WITH THE GATE AND A 62 BURB WITH THE BARN DOORS........................... C-10 AND C-20 REFERS TO PICK-UP TRUCKS....................C1405 REFERS TO THE PANEL DELIVERY TRUCKS.............I HAVE A SECOND SEAT FOR A SUBURBAN..............................BUT THE SECOND SEAT IS THE THIRD SEAT IN A SUBURBAN WITH TWO SETS OF SLIDING WINDOWS................THE SECOND SEAT IN A SUB WITH THE THIRD SEAT IS THE SAME AS THE FRONT DRIVERS SEAT EXCEPT IT HAS AN ARM REST ON IT................ALMOST LIKE A 3/4 SEAT.......SO YOU CAN GET BY IT TO THE THIRD SEAT..............HEMMIT

maybe a little...
You are correct sir, I stand corrected. I have two sets of sliding windows, and barn doors. Here's the neat part, according to the seller, I also have a 1979 327, how's that?!!
Ok, ok, I believe him when he said the motor came out of a camaro, but it's clearly either a 69 327 (I hope, I hope), or more likely, a 79 350/305. The casting number on the block says it could be ANY of the above. I don't really care, it runs GREAT. All in all, pretty good deal for $600, even if it does have a sunroof, lots of speaker holes, good floorboard ventilation, etc etc. So, which second seat did you say you had? Do you have the shorty with the arm rest? That would be cool, but I'll definitely consider using two 3 seaters in the back. I'll have a 9 passenger SUV, it'll hold more of the soccer team than my '99! Thanks for the reply, Tools Uh, where do you live? I'm VERY near Chattanooga, TN |

I HAVE THE SECOND SEAT......... .THE LONG ONE..............MAKING IT A 9 PASSENGER MIGHT MAKE IT HARD TO GET TO THE THIRD SEAT UNLESS YOU CLIMB OVER THE BACK OR OVER THE SECOND SEAT..................327 .........350..........SAME DIFFERENCE IF IT RUNS GOOD...........................BOTH GOOD MOTORS............I HAVE A 327 OUT OF A 66 PICK-UP..........NEEDS REBUILT................ALSO THE ORIGIONAL 283 OUT OF MY 65..................
