Master cylinder question
My brake cylinder is leaking and I would like to buy a newer cylinder out of aluminum so I can polish it. Will the new Chevy truck master cylinders fit our model trucks? And if so what year do I need to buy?

As far as I know they don't fit. But with a good welder and torch you can make anything fit!

someone here on the board did it with a mid 80s truck master cylinder. I can't remember who it is though.
Here's a pic of his truck.
