Here is the Whole story:

65 Chevy Panel/ Pickup

A few weeks ago I found this truck for sale on the side of the road. Right away, I was intrigued with it being as I had wanted to do this for a long time to a 55-59 Panel. It is a 65 Chevy Suburban that has been modified into a Pickup. The Drip rail had terrible rust so the previous owner cut off the entire roof, and moved the rear window forward to complete the back of the cab. Yes, the window still opens!!! I was impressed at how nice a job they did converting it to a pickup. It does require some finish work, but the hard part has been done. One cool thing is the panel tail lights!! They look so sweet as a part of a Pickup!!!
The front has been lowered and it sits on 8 inch deep dish steel wheels with a beauty ring and stock Chevy Cap. The Motor is a new 350, looks really clean, and is backed up by a Truck 4 speed.
This truck has potential beyond potential!!!! If I had the cash, and didn't have so many trucks already, I would snatch it up in a heart beat!!!!!!!! They are asking $2400, which I thought was a fair price.
If you know anyone who may be interested in it, have them contact me for the owners phone number. Since I can't have it, I would like to see it go to a good home!!!!
I have more photo's if you would like to see them!!!!!!! Just let me know!!!

Here is a shot showing the rear window open.

Sweet! If I had $2400, I'd fly over there & drive it home! Hey, if someone on here does buy it, would you sell the hub caps?

Like i have said, If I had the cash, and hadn't just bought my Teardrop style trailer, I'd have it in my driveway tonight. But since I just got the trailer, there is no way!!! This would make one awesome ride!!!!!
