Hey grendel, welcome to the Northeast. What brings you out this way? I don't know how much snow you get out in Northern Cali. But you will get plenty of it in the Boston area, have fun in the snow with the Blazer. And make sure you wash it often in the winter, the salt will kill the body.

Thanks. I am originally from Boston, so I am used to it.

I lived in Ca for three years.

Good thing for you that you can't go into combat. Things are getting uglier by the day over there.
Good thing you were stationed out in Cali for awhile. Looks like all the good clean truck deals are out there. Is that where you started your collection?

I was there during the First Gulf and then some. I'd go again, if I could actually help.

I started collecting a long time ago, just seems that the collection evolves over time...

Do you have the paperwork on the eng and trans? Is it documented? Can we tell exactly how much of it was new? Valves, guides, springs, pistons, balanced, compression ratio, etc. What shop built it?
Truck body: Rust? inside bed straight or dented?, any other damage?
Thanks,
Frank

I have the receipts from the engine and transmission rebuild. All wearables were replaced in both the engine and transmission. Engine with 67K original miles was rebuilt to a stock config.
Bed has rust in the rear, by the tailgate, nothing that a welder wouldn't fix. Rest of the bed is solid and straight. There is also small surface rust, that could be sanded off before paint.

If I didn't need the cash, if it weren't in El Dorado, CA and I am in Boston, MA. I would.

Although I am sorely tempted. Give me more information and let's figure out a way to do this (possibly).

If it was me..................I'd sell it whole. How much do you think you'll make in parts?? Is it worth the hassle??

I've found that the sum of parts is always worth more than the whole. It's just sad to do it.

I put the cab on this post. I am also selling the 67 bed. I will be using parts from the cab for another truck.

Still got it. If it's there in April, it's yours for the price.

PickMUp, I replied to your PM, but I'll answer it here, too.

I have far more than you offered in the engine alone.
