Who made brakes in 72?

Would my 72 chevy custom deluxe need a delco or bendix booster? I have looked all over the master cylinder and the proportioning valve and can see no trace of a name. The truck is not a power brake truck, but I want to add them, and the parts guy told me there were 2 different options. I understand I need a new rod/bracket or something too, but can't find anyone who sells those. Can anyone give me any information as to what I should order? Thanks!
