Re: Factory big block truck?

Man,I thought I had it in a nutshell, damn!Right again,I also recall that I`ve had a C/30 with 350/TH400/small hump. But,I thought it had to do with the taller frame.
I think this is the first time I recall that we`ve truly ironed this out since I`ve been here.I love to learn this stuff.

Once again, where else are you going to learn such good info on these trucks? This site kicks it!!

So,can we put it in a nutshell,yet?

Re: Factory big block truck?

chevyfatman... paul (has anyone seen him lately??) has a 305 V-6/TH400 one ton longhorn with a low hump, so i wonder if the GMC deal was only on 1/2 ton trucks, or maybe 1/2 and 3/4...?

Re: Factory big block truck?

Special k, I have yet to see a 70 model with the 396 emblems. I also have a 67 327/th400 with the low hump and i also sold a 72 cheyenne 1/2 ton longbed, 402, 3 speed column shift with the low hump. It had the heat shield, BB power steering, and dual exhaust hangars...
