hey strodder does that front bag setup work pretty good? i saw pics of a suburban done like that on another forum and everyone tore it apart saying how the upper ball joint arent made to handle it and abunch of other negative stuff. just wondering.

The upper ball joints should be strong enough. Why should the air bag mounted on top make it weak? Doesn't make sense to me. Seems like everybody knows everything about installing air bags. Between my son and I, I bet we have done over 300. I've done at least 100 myself. The biggest problem with the upper ball joints on any air bag job is the angle when dropped really low. They will break if the upper A Arms aren't modified to keep the correct angle. On this SS it didn't seem to be a problem.

That looks really cool! the only issue I could think of with the bag on upper setup, is that the stock uppers are only designed to take lateral forces, the vertical force might cause a stock A-arm to fail.
Awesome truck though!! Looks well built!

There are some siiiick trucks in here!!! Since this is pretty much the only pic I have right now... Here is the step van pre bagged... should have them in this weekend though! still trying to figure out where my front tires are gonna go... maybe I will have a foot brake when it pokes through my floor... hopefully not!
