Re: Digging Holes For Shop Today!
I like the shop . I hope you went ahead and put cureing compound on the floor after they finished power trouling the floor . I do all of our homes we build put on the carport floor as soon as its sets . it will keep the concrete looking like it was just poured and any oil or what ever gets on it wont soak in the concrete . I get mine from the concrete plant . keep up the post

The sink would be an easy add but not sure where to put it ? If I added a toilet it would go upstairs , but as of this time I have no upstairs Its hard enough to determine where to put my outlets !

Re: Digging Holes For Shop Today!
Thanks for the kind words , the track is a hoot ! But needs some TLC its used and has some issues on power delivery (resistance ?) I need to take it apart piece by piece and clean each track section . Just takes time
Guard rails must be refering to my cardboard boxes ! TEMP !

Re: Digging Holes For Shop Today!
Fast forward over a year and its still not done
Now I am trying to figure how to frame up an inside wall(seems stupid since I have walls already) so I can insulate. I did not want to have any fiberglass touching metal so I added 1/2" styrofoam to the girts and then I'll frame up and add insulation if I don't start another project in between. Check out the pictures, ideas welcome

Re: Digging Holes For Shop Today!
my only issue is you built it in the wrong spot. it should be 1547 miles to the south east. LOL
have you thought about adding more windows? I think it would save on electricity. Last edited by 68C15; 03-06-2010 at 08:43 AM. |

Maybe someday on the windows for now its not in the cards. I did pick up a new sign for the shop today. Also grabbed a roll up man door that I got free from work. My lucky day!
