I will hang out. I would just go off on the bike for a bit. Not al all dayer. I would much rather come down in my truck but there is no way I will be done with that then.

Re: ATTENTION Cali Folks...It BBQ TIME !!!!

The Vacaville thing is probably more doable due to the closer proximity and the cost of fuel.

Do you have more info on this deal?

The Vacaville gathering was cool last year...however, I still would like to set up a BBQ around the south bay as well.

I agree - I'd definately come down to that one!
I moved my event back a week because of memorial day weekend. It is now on June 1st (just three days before my birthday)

Are there any other June babies out there? Maybe we could make this one big birthday party - what a way to spend your birthday - classic trucks, good friends, meeting new people, lots of food & fun at a beautiful park with a lake!

oh, and just so you guys know, Rust NEVER Sleeps is my event, completely independent of any sponsor or web sites - so all are welcome! Only this year, no burn-outs. That didn't go so well last year.

Re: ATTENTION Cali Folks...It BBQ TIME !!!!

Just don't make it Sept 13th or 14th. I am doing my MS bike ride that weekend and also Oct 4th or 5th. That would be Luca's birthday weekend. Although Sept is a good month to do this in as it won't be 100º out..

Fresno area would be good. I wouldn't be able to drive all the way up to San Jose I don't think. I have these pesky 4.56 gears in the back and a three speed column shift.

If we do it and ene up North, wanna hop on in? I just got a center drop out w/t 4:10 for the H052 today for $20 plus $60 shipping! Gonna install soon. Gonna be better on the th350 & 32.5" tires than the 4.56's!

If we do this thing mid state - my suggestion is lets get out of the heat! Get on out towards the coast.

btw, some of da SoCal folks are gettin together next month when one of our own gets back from Iraq. Here is the link to the thread -
