I wanna see pics of everyones rat trucks or ratty-trucks. post you pics of the not-so-pretty "customs" that only an owner could love.

In all it's glory, that is quite a cool truck. Was always definitely a truck. Plus I love the random yellow fender. That hood looks to be mint and that's typically one of the first things to go. I Like!

And by the way, Welcome man!

Old custom classic trucks have soul. Their dashboards aren't plastic, and they've survived both the best and worst of what the 20th century had to offer. For the owners of these trucks, it's often the same story. Through both good and bad times they persevered, until one day they could turn the key and roll up in a customized truck everyone with good taste would admire.Custom Classic Trucks

Re: Any '60-'66 "Rats" out there?

Thanks Twiggy, i've been working hard on my truck. It sat in a field for almost 20 years with the fuel pump out of the block. i put some fresh gas in it, an electric fuel pump, cleaned the points and installed a fresh battery and it fired right up!( gotta love them ol' 250s) only paid $40 for her too! i drive it back and forth to work more than i do my new truck.

I got mine for free but you still win for that price! That's pretty sweet man. It's awesome that it ran. Mine ran after 3 years of sitting but 20 is a giant gap. And don't worry about the bed size nazi's, you're not the one who made the truck that way so why complain to you.

And Pull, that truck looks sweet. Love the height and the wheels.
