i got a few new updates.
got the door handles and locks on i think it looks sick with them seats got a parts truck from a few blocks away its got a few things i need to get her street legal and the best part is it has a posi 3:73 rearend that he just threw in before he blew up the motor. and its an 80 same year as mine. |

ok well im just gona wate and see how it plays out the paint shop said they are just gona paint it and try and get the body parts to line up the best they can. so i should be getting the truck back late next week and i guess all just see then.

hey man nice build. im going with a vista blue on my 85 chevy c10 its a bit darker then ur blue. but ur blue sure is pretty

The paint looks good , but a bummer on the frame. Let the frame shop decide on what to do. Find a good shop and they can have it square again.

thanks guys. ya hopefully we can get it into the frame shop next week. they are saying they should be able to fix it with out messing up the paint.
any way hear are some pics from before it went to the body shop. and now i just got some parts back from the body shop. paint looks sick in the sun light. |

we picked up a parts truck today. bought it for 50$, it came with a "running" 2 bolt 350 and 350 trans and a bunch of outher parts. we gutted it out took all the parts we need and then we sold it for 35$

big block- its speedway blue and the paint code is 8p1.
john- thanks dude. ya i have been cleaning and painthing parts and boolts all week i cant wate to put the motor back in and hear it run, hopefully soon!!! then get a bunch of guys and see how good we can get the box to line up and if we cant we will send it to the frame shop. |

not much of an update but i figured i would post these pics any way.
cleaned up and painted some parts for my motor. now all i need to do is drain the tranny and paint it then put my new filter in and then the motor will go back in when my old man gets some free time. i also orderd a new sun roof 2 weeks ago and i still havent gotten it and im kinda pissed, hopefully i dident get ripped off. also took some beauty shots of the truck. i am still dying to go lower its really bugging me lol. all just wate tell its done and if i still dont like the ride hight all cut the front coil and buy a flip kit.
