well the easiest way is to use photobucket or similar sites
first upload your pics to your photobucket account and copy the direct link under the picture you have just uploaded
now you post on this board click this icon
and paste your direct link in the box then click ok
if your posting multiple pics be sure and press enter after every [/IMG] sign
and BTW

you can also click on "go advanced"
then scroll down to "manage attachments" click there and follow the prompts

If no other image sizing program is available, it can be done in MS 'paint'

its called gimp 2.6

If I have photobucket open with several thumbnail pics on the page. I click on the (img) link under the pic and copy and paste it in my message. It puts the needed info to make it work. On the one I did with your pic I used and deleted the highlighted HTTP and then pasted your pic properties. It's a little confussing. Hope it helps.
