Re: late build thread...LOL
The console looks good there man. But now you need to recover the seats. And do carpet, and, and... That right there is what I like to call a can of worms. But it is well worth it. Your Burb is one of my favorites. Can't wait to see how hard it lays out.

Re: late build thread...LOL
That looks nice! (console and the arms).
How much did you move the lower ball joint in-board? Oh and, did you cover the dash yourself or have it done?

Re: late build thread...LOL
I'm using some black textured vinyl that has kinda a matte finish, my main concern is that it's kinda thick..

Re: late build thread...LOL
the best thing to do is pull the dash out of the truck and lay it on a good sturdy work table, because you are going to be pushing and pulling on the thing a lot. first lay the vinyl on the dash and get it laying like you want it...there will need to be a seem where the dash goes up right above the radio, if you look you can see mine didnt turn out so good, I am doing another dash right now...and putting a sewn seem in it, but if you are going to do that you need to mark it and do your cuts and sew it together, then once you do that, lay the vinyl back on there and get it like you want it and then fold half of it back and only spray half of the dash at one time, because it is a lot easier to work with...then get to smoothing it out...LOL. use the 3M spray glue!

Re: late build thread...LOL
got a little update...got the wheels in so put them on but havent had time to put the a-arms on yet but very happy with the look of the 20x10s all the way around, I also put spacers on the rear to push them out some, i love the way it looks now. the rear tires are right at the edge of the fenders. I rolled the front lip and trimmed out the inner support so it could go all the way down, when I had the 18s, it would stop a 1/2 in from the support but with the 20s it would sit on them. I can roll down the road and turn most of the way when it is aired out but if it is a sharp turn i have to bump it up some.
