Re: 60-66 sticker

You just reminded me of the suzq044 thread and all her drawings. Some of us were begging her to do one with the eye-brow hood. Now I have to go find that thread and see if she ever did.

I know she was trying to sell items with her designs on it too.

Here is the link to the thread. Lots of cool pictures and designs on there.

Re: 60-66 sticker

I was thinking of having the image in my avatar made into stickers or modifying it some and getting some vinyl decals cut.

What did you use to get that paint off a 3in grinder?

Re: 60-66 sticker

A four inch flap grinder, another type of paint mesh like grinder and cloth towels to clean the blood from cuts. The flap grinder was deadly. I do like the sticker myself and I think I will do one of those iron on t shirts with it.

Re: 60-66 sticker

I have an artist friend coming over for Thanksgiving dinner. He doesn't know it yet but the cost of the smoked turkey dinner is to do an eye-brow hood version.

P.S. Since you Chevy guys seem nice, guess I could get him to do a Chevy version too. Can somebody post an actual front picture of the Chevy front with an eye-brow hood ?

Re: 60-66 sticker

I like the idea of the front view of the (2) main styles. I'd be in for a 60GMC sticker, and a 65 Chevy looking sticker.

What about the 'Chevy Only' one that Dino was handing out ??

Those were cool .... I still have some, and one went with the 'Rock-a-Billy' when I sold it....

Anyone have a pic of my old truck with a shot of the back window ??

Re: 60-66 sticker

In thinking about the drawings, we'd sorts have to have two due the design diff. so is we can agree on the base design, can it be mod to fit the 60-63 then the 64-66? the GMC had the same nose so that easy, the chevy change the nose, so that will be the challenge.
