Re: please take part in this!
Few things come to mind:
Auxiliary springs (Over loads) Bumper guards Air horns PTO equipment Front and rear tow hooks Grab handles (outside eye level on cab) Though not GM, the dealer installed A/C and rifle racks in my burb for my parents. Plus they gave my Dad a spot light, which I still have and use. It's a cig lighter style.

Re: please take part in this!
Classictrucks magazine did an article a few years ago about rare options. They said you could get a spot light those years that would plug into the cigerette ligter.I dont know if its for 67or68 but i like the tool box you could get for lower part of the bed.

Re: please take part in this!
you should add the pics to this thread and make it into a rare parts FAQ...it's a cool thread and that clock was neat to see!

Re: please take part in this!
cool pics...thanks for sharing them again
and a team member/admin would need to designate it as an FAQ at some point if people request it...

Re: please take part in this!
I had to have one of those fleet side steps. NOS in the box. Then I couldn't talk myself into cutting the hole in the bed side to install it. It is packed away and hasn't been seen in years.

Re: please take part in this!
This is what they look like. The steps sold by Hickey appear identical so they may have been marketed under a number of names. Would like to get four myself but hear that they are actually small in size.

Re: please take part in this!
I'll be danged!
My 67 has the exact rear step bumper as in that brochure, I was gonna replace it with a sport bumper. My 67 also has no position lights, not a single one. It also has the small rear window...didn't know those were an option... Posted via Mobile Device
