Question 60-62 rear bag mounting

Hey guys Ive been gone a while but Im back on the train again. Ive been searching high and low for pics of trailing arm mounted bags on a 60-62 frame. Im planning on a 2" block but cant seem to find pics of rear bag mounted at about 60% of the length of the trailing arm on a stock 60-62 frame. Im more concerned with the upper bag mount and a good way to mount it. I was thinking of making a plate to bolt to the under side of the top lip of the frame to hold the top of the bag. Then a generic circle plate bolted to the arm for the lower (completley centered left to right) but Im not sure if this is a feasable mount setup or not. Pics would be great.

Regards, Mike.
