Carbon-10

Well this is my last build for a while and its been a long road. I'm focused on finishing my first project my fathers 1978 Scottsdale. This truck was given to me on my 17th birthday.

Tinkered a little more this weekend got most of the front suspension done and installed the Wilwood kit. Still need to cut the Unisteer rack down to size and align the front as much as possible. This coming week I'm dropping Motor and tranny in, then running gas, brake, and air lines. Only to disassemble and paint love it.

Also Last pic my caliper hits the LCA but I doubt this will be a problem as I still need to trim rack.

got the motor dropped in now gas, air, & brake lines. Need to put tranny and tranny crossmember mocked up. More updates as they roll in

Where did you get the smooth firewall panel? I like how the recess in the center was done.

What headers are those? by any chance could i get a picture of the passenger side please? I have a custom frame and am having a hell of a time with headers. Thanks! your build is looking awesome!!

Its been such a long time since I bought the headers but I remember they where a no name brand. I got them from a vendor at Good Guys and I was impressed with the quality of the headers. I will snap a pic this weekend

Got most of my frame back from paint. looks great now I want to run chrome grade 8 bolts, your thoughts?

That would look good. I like the yellow zinc that grade 8 comes with standard with the black. If you like the chrome, look into polished stainless fasteners too to compare costs.
