Circuit 2 has two routes into the cab.
Usually one leg of Circuit 2 is routed through the J-Stud on the firewall. The other through the bulkhead plug. Look at the wiring diagrams to verify where the wires actually run. Run some checks with a meter. Is the short wire from the high amp stud on the starter to the S terminal in good shape? Are you getting volts to the exposed strands between the balun and the 12ga wires from the harness?
