I use White Bottle Valvoline 10-W40 With An Ac Delco 1218S It Used to be The PF35 But Some new design. I run Ac Delco Anything As Well.

Well I have been using FRAM for awhile now and I'm thinking of changing after I saw that website and moving on to something else. I'm thinking of Baldwin oil filters. What do you guys think? The website said they were pretty good and I can get them for pretty cheap b/c the baldwin filters plant is in my town.

I have a question about the TP filters. How many pages out of the Sears & Roebuck catalog does it take to fill one?

This discussion has been going for a long time, It's quite interesting... I wish we normal everyday guys had a way to test for actual filtration capabilities and flow comparisons...

Has anyone ever heard of "WEB" oil filters??? I bought one the other day, All the store had was Fram or this one, So I bought it just to see if the guy behind the counter knew his stuff.... I went to the oil site, and this one does not match anything listed.. As to the manufacture, selling under a different name.. This filter is made in mexico, There is a web site for them, but you have to have a password to enter, and I didn't see anywhere to join to be able to log in....

Baldwin filters are excellent. You really can't go wrong with them. Amsoil filters are also made by baldwin.

Hastings are also made by baldwin. They are baldwin's el cheapo line. Premium construction and excellent flow, but filtration isn't the best. Many experts believe that flow is the most important quality of a full flow oil filter though.

Sounds like I should just go for the Baldwin.
I've been using Mobil 1 for a little while, and I might as well have a better filter to go with the better lube

I heard that at many tracks, Fram is not allowed on your engine because it may leak and cause a hazard on the track(oil slick). I work at a parts store (Bumper to Bumper) and nobody likes Fram. The only people that buy them are the people that like the Fram commercials on TV and have decided that they must be good... Most racers that come in run Wix or AC delco oil filters, K&N air filters, and AmsOil full synthetic motor oil. I personally like the Wix oil filter.
