Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

I like it but I'd make some changes to it:
4 speed
lose the bed cover
slider rear window
Cragar SS's
Grant 3 spoke wheel
add some sport mirrors
maybe add rock guard to the hood
and run the pipes straight out the back like mine currently has.

You should hit up the racing section if you haven't already. Your truck looks like it's gonna move out pretty good when you get done.

That orange truck is nice, but the orage painted brake drums HAVE to go...paint them black, silver...or spend the money and put disc brakes back there.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

This one is mine its a 78, got a 305 20 over with headers and a mild cam. 4'' lift with 33'' tires warn hubs, 12 bolt 3.73 gears. The 305 has like 15k mils on it. Im thinking maybe a 383 stroker swap this summer.

this is me swapping the qjet for a better one It sucks working under the hood of a lifted truck.

Lol nice! Did you paint the truck to match her purse? Or did she buy the purse to match your truck?
