Thanks man, yeah on the cab trim I got to get a grinder or something I'm not sure if you can really tell an any of the pictures but there's little like "hooks" you could call them sticking out so I got to get those cut off so I can sand the rest of the that part of the truck, also learned an easy technique to paint in which I will be using from now on lol

I know I didn't tell y'all but I did actually spot me a bed that seemed in decent condition just a matter of getting a little cash set aside so that I can get it, so here in the next couple of months hopefully I'll have a new bed to start sanding and priming. I will in the mean time while I have the bed off going to do some work on my gas tanks figure out how to get them wired correctly or whatever, my needle is really jumpy, and then supposedly 1 side doesn't even work so got to investigate none the less

when i had problems with my gas gauge I had a bad ground wire, I replaced it and it worked great!!.. Just in case maybe that will help narrow it down quicker.

Yeah I've read that a lot, so I was going to look for that first before anything but my passenger tank doesn't work at all is what the po told me so that'll be a joy trying to figure it out lol

haha I bet, I have a buddy who has duel tanks and is dreading trying to get the other one working. let me know how it works out for ya on the duel tanks.

I sure will man! I'm going to start with the basics and assume it's electrical then go from there, this year is going to be a lot of fine tuning, tweaking, and well upgrading!

what's even better is I'll be going to live with my parents again cause not having money to do stuff isn't exactly fun so I'll be able to work on it daily and make even more progress than my 2 1/2 day weekends.

Well fellas nothing going to get done this weekend going back home, to Louisiana going to do some gambling and well plenty of drinking so I'll be away for Saturday so hopefully on Sunday I can get some work done.

Well I'm hoping to have a friend come over and well that big long pretty bed of mine is going to be coming off today, so my fingers are crossed my friend can come help me out take that bed off and then it'll be onto the next big step buying a new bed for my beautiful beast haha get it called its called SharkBite and well sharks are a beasts but yeah today is hopefully the d-day to get my bed off the truck!! Woohoo!!!

Well..........it seems that the bed can be a pain in the rear! Bed wasn't able to come off so until another day it'll have to wait to come up but it will get off soon mark my words!

So as once my bed is off I'll be working on the frame a lot touching it up, everyone traditionally likes to paint there frame black or something to that affect, well of course my project is all about being different what if I did like a silver or white frame?

I think it'd be cool plus super different what you guys think?

appreciate it man! yeah it's a lot of hard work but every little bit makes it worth while, hopefully going to try and get the damn bed off this weekend maybe I'll be able to recruit a couple friends to help haha

Well step 1 of 3 has been done, I have all the driver side bolts on the frame off of the truck to help get the bed off, hopefully before the day is done with I'll go under the truck again and get the passenger side to complete step 2 of 3 and then maybe next weekend I'll hopefully be able to recuit some friends here and get the bed taken off!! woohoo!! Just for the record those bolts are on tight good thing I have a torque wrench it's become pretty handy for the job
