Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
Here is a '47 I put together a few years ago with help from a lot of friends.
There are so many nice trucks on here I humbly offer mine to the group. On deck is a 1948 Suburban to build after I finish the 1935 Chevy Coupe. |

That was a keeper in my opinion. |

Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
Thanks. Sadly yes we sold it. Wife needed a better car for 8 hour commutes we were doing so something had to go. On a positive note, the truck went to a well to do gentleman that had it built at Karl's Performance and it came out a high dollar very nice truck.

Advanced Design - What gas tank is under that bed? I like the recessed stainless cup the gap is in.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
The tank came from Tanks and was a straightforward install. The cup was a sink drain I bought for $17 then chucked in a lathe to turn the center out. Worked pretty well.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
Lowrodder Chevy, The wood came with the bed I purchased from Mac Pro in Moberly Missouri and I don't recall the species...maybe oak. The wife and I coated the boards with multiple coats of poly with steel wool smoothing between coats.
