How Long did it take you to weld the the window channel in? That looks like a lot of work to keep it cool? What gauge filler did you use? Looks smooth and correct. Glad you chose the door mod over larger vent window. The roof looks clean and original.

To widen the pillar only took about an hour. The filler is 22ga which is a little thinner than stock but it is all I have access to locally.

I just thought of something looking at your pictures. Did you move your lock hole? It looks like you cut around it. It would be easy enough to get the lock rod lined up and a hole drilled for it but it made me wonder.
