I wish I could hehe , unfortunatly I dont think I could talk scott into it! , All for me !!!! have you thought about building a tonnaeu (sp) cover for your truck im building mine old school style just a ply wood cover covered in white vynal (sp) you could do the same or build one out of aluminum , or another plywood but have it shot in black line-x or BullDog or a black vynal just a thought , but its definatly a piss off when you dont get what you pay for especially in body work it tough to find a decent shop one place actually quoted me $22,000 to do my 67 after I change box side supply a new tail gate cab corner and rocker , rediculous ! good luck with it , its gonna look killer when you get it all toghether!

thanks guys....i have a question for those who know body work...the spots that need fixing do they have to be brought down to bare metal or can you just scuff the clear coat and add filler to that then sand and re paint? i hope this doesnt turn into a huge ordeal where they have to tear the truck apart again for a few little things they missed...

slammed, i dont plan on making a tonneau because i mt.bike almost every day and it wouldnt fit inthe box if it was covered

Hey Derek, your truck is looking nice!! Too bad they didn't take the extra time of the areas you mentioned! The same thing happened to my box when my truck was painted, they did not touch the dings on the tubs and left some sand on the bed floor and based/cleared right over it??? I guess they just wanted to get it out of the shop. Still your truck is looking sweet, regards Doug
