i apologize if this is a dumb question, but do those upca's provide any amount of drop by themselves? or are they for air suspension purposes only?

i am very disappointed in the effort you have put forth in letting me know about the grill i sent you the money in good faith and still have had no reply i dont like wasting my time and i sure aint well off enough to just give people 100.00 for nothing....

Just thought I would post my reply to scootybooty in the open.
Wow, I haven't been online in a few weeks and come "home" to this BS. I have been working two jobs and don't have the time I used too. Now, onto why I am pissed and why I know you are upset. I've done allot of business w/ members and have only had 1-2 minor shipping issues. Not bad when you consider I've shipped out over 20 packages, easily. Upon receiving this PM, I went to the Mail and Copy Center which has had three different owners in the last year. I never thought much of it as their service has been great and they cut me a deal. This time, they fu(ked up though. I asked about the billet grille and headlight bezels I sent you. They showed no record of it being shipped and I was baffled. I threw away the receipt weeks ago and never thought anything of it. At this point I am ready to raise hell as I know I paid to ship this package out. As the manager and I our speaking, another employee I deal w/ frequently walks in the back door and says, "What's up?!" He comes over and joins us in our search for this package and shortly remembers it was stored "up there" so it wouldn't be damaged. "Up there" being in the rafters/overhead shelving of the store. Turns out it was forgotten and as you guessed, never shipped!!! To make a long story short, they apologized several times and agreed to give me a store credit of $100 in the shipping of future packages. I am very sorry for this entire situation and know you are probably very upset. I don't blame you at all and I feel terrible about this. I know how it is to wait for a package and have it be late (Air Ride Technologies takes forever on shipping!!!). The package will be shipped promptly Monday morning. Thanks and I will check my PM's throughout the weekend.
