Yea. Just make a templet for the BBC head and your in there. And order a March Pulley tensioner form summit racing. Make sure to run the belt around the water pump AND the crank pulley or when the compressor comes on it could lag the pump and blow the ****in belt off.

I did mine first and did a bracket for my redneck boys BBC 4x4. Its hard to make one without the motor. The hardest part is getting the pulleys to line up so it dont kick the belt off. I spent a little time rounding the edges and making sure everything fit right. It only took 3 hrs to make the brackets in the pic above and the next day I did one for the big block so he could have air on the trails. I feel bad if your going to put one on that 12in lifted truck with 44s on it...lol up and down a ladder all f@#kin day.

York bracketry for sbc
from a'78 cutlass
comp is positioned on its side ,over the ps pump with inlet and outlet towards fenderwell
