Thanks again for the warm welcome guys, it is such an awesome board you all have here and I am glad to be a part of it. I think it sort of represents the vehicles we choose to drive and the people inside them. Trippy.

Speaking of trippy, I find not only another set of Deluxe corner lights at the boneyard, BUT, I set aside the correct P/S pump and brackets in my garage in the big pile of C10 parts I got with the truck and forgot about it.

Just found those today and damn near screamed because I was about to drop more $$$ on that heh.

good lookin truck there, my floor board is the same as yours i just put a rubber floor mat down, mines gona stay that way and get rhino lined or something eventually

I have been working non-stop for the past few days.

But I finally got the wiring mess organized and working, bought a new 4 CORE rad for it and installed some long tubes and the alt/alt bracket.

I even finally got it to fire up and rev once, but I think the fuel pump is dead, it won't push any fuel out, but I can siphon it through the line just fine.

When I got the truck to fire was when I put a cup of gas down the carb. Sounded healthy and made good oil psi too.

I'll post some updated engine pics later, I'm beat.

IT'S ALIVE!!!

Now either this thing has a gear drive or the pump on the trans is toast... it goes into gear fine but haven't had the chance to drive it yet.
