remove windshield, drill out the spot welds on the window frame, take out dash.
Or I just cut the dash along the bash so I didnt run an chance of hurting my window frame. I am going to make a dash with right hand drive.

I went to the junk yard and got a steering box from a 88-98 chevy. They mount on the inside of the frame so its perfect for the outside of the passengers frame rail. I am going to be buying a street rod steering column from speedway motorsports for a real clean look. I will start the whole process in the next month or so.
