I'd entertain installing an HEI in place of the points/condenser distributor, maybe an intake/exhaust manifold from Clifford, and dual Smitty's. Repaint the door where the paint is gone. Put some chrome reverse wheels on it, with baby moons and black tires, and chrome bumpers front and rear, then drive it.

Ditto Chevloray. Ahhh the sweet sound of a 6 with split manifold and dual Smittys and a standard trans. And drop it just a bit. don't forget that.....
