just take out the u bolts on the lower arms.. thats what i did when i bought mine.. the springs seem to be eunder no pressure at all.

I ended up popping one side apart that way so far. It was under enough pressure still that it ended up scraping the threads on the U-bolts pretty bad on one side. So I am planning on chaining up the other side and popping it loose with a pickle fork at the ball joints instead.
