Any interest in a 1972 Corvette Snowflake Hi rise intake and 650 Holley Double pumper just rebuilt? This has a wicked rise for a GM manifold. Came off a LT1 vette originally.

Thanks, but I will pass....prefer cash. I can get engine parts cheap and free machine work so It's gonna be hard to find a good deal for me on engine stuff...plus, I'm looking for Edelbrock components in the endurashine finish used for cheap

Hey buddy, wassup?? Really new to the site. I've been buying parts for my 68 C10 swb. No thread yet. Not even really ready to start on it. Besides, when I do start on it my progress is gonna be sooooo slow it will be no use of even doing a thread. Nevertheless, how much do you want for the tail gate? (214) 457-6205. Marcus in Dallas.

Welcome to the site. I am firm at 625 shipped. I know it will sell for that or more eventually. I have seen two sell recently for over 800 on ebay but I'd rather sell it cheaper here than give ebay fees.

That gate was most likely a factory 69-70 tailgate off a pickup with the upper and lower mouldings. More likely a take off as the NOS GM gate never had any drilled holes as well as all Cheyenne and Super models did not use the lower chrome strip with the woodgrain tailgate band. Only the base and Custom Deluxe models with a B85 moulding option would use those 9 extra holes drilled for a lower moulding. The gates that are genuine NOS GM and are bringing 6 to 800 on eBay always have the GM parts label attached in the tailgate handle area. Good luck as it is a nice looking gate if you need the lower molding.

Thanks for the input...that's why I labeled it as a take off gate, not NOS...I was thinking the same thing.

The ones that sold for 800 recently were take-off gates with paint that had a few scratches. If I was going to spend 800 i'd want perfect paint. I have been told that for 550 plus shipping )(625 shipped), this is a great deal.
