Re: **4wd to bagged 2wd blazer ***
SUP GUYS, sorry havent been posting, had to take a break from the blazer, had to take care of some family bizz. but now that its over with I can focus on my project. today I drilled my trailing arms to mount my bags, also set my pinion agle. I think I'm going to put a circle plate between the bottom of the bags and the trailing arms just for some support. also need to cut the arms down.... later this week I will weld in the upper bag brackets I got from SUICIDE DOORS. at that time I plan on making the shock mount and the pan hard bar.

Re: **4wd to bagged 2wd blazer ***
It is a 2link, and it does bolt in the factory hangers. but there is more than just bolting it in, I'm making all my own stuff... trailing arms, panhard bar, shock mounts, c- notches, of course with some help of a fab shop. they do sell a 2-link kit but it's kinda weak looking, dont mean to diss anybody who is runnin this kit , but I love that " my stuff wont bend or brake" feeling thats all.
anyway if your on a budget and you just want a good basic kit 2- link is the way to go. ****** speeking of budgets***** we just found out I'm going to be a dady again. yah hoooooooooooooooo cant wait!!! |

Re: **4wd to bagged 2wd blazer ***
Love it! I have always been stunned by how cool these K5's look when the rear cover is taken off from the cab back. I definitely agree with the move to keep the seat. If I ever have one I will never have the top on. When the seat sticks out in back it just makes people give a double take. Plus they just look like a meaner stockier short wide. Can't wait to see more.
