Actually I have it narrowed down to 2.

1. House of Kolor Cobalt Kandy Blue w/ Jet Set Black, and Orion Silver flames coming off of the front wheel. (Smaller, more realistic flames)

2. House of Kolor Tangerine Orange w/ Orion Silver Stripes.

I'm leaning toward the blue, although I love Orange trucks. And both would be sprayed over an Orion Silver base.

All of those look good! Don't think you could go wrong with any of them.

I think if I do Orange I might just do one solid color. Still a while away so I have time to think!

Hey thanks man, and welcome to the board. I'll have to try and find that and read about it. It sounds like a really cool idea.

Re: 83 Short Step. First vehicle=First Project

Thanks!

Well yesterday I went to my uncles shop to get my engine block and all my stuff to build it.. all this stuff has been sitting over there for a year or more and was origionally going to go into my dad's corvette, but since he decided he wants to sell it and get a truck the 350 and 700R4 are now going into my truck! Here's some pics

Also here are some bucket seat's I got from a friend of my dads for a great price.. FREE!

Basically we have almost enough components to build two engines.. just need another block and some little things. I also borrowed my uncles DA sander and paint can, just need some primer and stuff and I can get started on the body work. Hopefully we can get the ball rollin' soon!

I like this kid already!

Your truck looks sweet! I was just in Wichita this Sunday/Monday. I picked up the red 85 in my avatar from another board member, traded my 68 for it. We meet near South Haven to swap.

One thing about use around here, we like lots of pictures! So keep em coming! Looks like you have a great assortment of engine components to screw together.

I'll keep an eye out around this area for one. I usually check craigslist daily! You never know what's going to pop up.

Re: 83 Short Step. First vehicle=First Project

No prob man. What condition is he looking for? Driver, already done, project? Also what kind of price range? There are a couple in the Dallas area I think. One is pretty pricey, and the other is a project.
