Otherwise it seems normal to me. plus the knocking noise is still there at any speed, just harder to hear on the freeway unless i'm driving next to the center walls but still crappy feeling acceleration. I hate to think this but it seems like the noise and power loss is from something purely mechanical like bad bearings, pushrods, lifters, or springs.
