Re: 12 sec 350?
Glock, truck looks pretty bada$$.
13.0 19 years ago was pretty fast, especially for a truck.

Re: 12 sec 350?
I have 3 time slips in a photo album from 5-25-91..... damn, that makes me feel old!
60' - 1.878, 1/8 - 8.393/82.10, 1/4 - 13.179/102.14 60' - 1.901, 1/8 - 8.363/82.44, 1/4 - 13.108/103.21 60' - 1.922, 1/8 - 8.375/82.85, 1/4 - 13.108/103.47 Wild83C10 - Thanks! That truck was a lot of fun, and I still had 'farm' plates on it too. Finding some old pics not long ago was one reasons why I got this red 85. It getting a 5.3/4L60E at the moment.

Re: 12 sec 350?
That 13 sec run would be closer to high to mid 11's @ sea level! You can take at least one full second off from Bandi for a corrected time. I had a 12 sec truck. I drove it 1800 miles round trip to get that time. Oh and it was not in the 68.

Re: 12 sec 350?
I always wished I had taken it to Julesburg once just to get a 12 sec time slip. It's somewhere around 3500' there.

Re: 12 sec 350?
I am sure this "race calculator" isn't totally accurate, but it was fun to play around with anyhow:
http://www.eldemoniorojo.com/calculator.htm It says that at 4150#, and using 13.108 second run for one calculation, and 103.47 as the other, it said I was making 369hp and 363hp respectively at the crank. This of course doesn't take in to account altitude.
